Can we add dynamic distribution group created in exachange(office 365) to the RLS?

Power BI – Which Groups can be used to set Permissions in Power BI
As you can see, all groups except O365 can be added to RLS. Because the app workspace is a O365 group, members with editing permissions are not restricted by RLS.

You can use security groups. If the security ties into your AD then you should be able to use a dynamic group. But, it is more likely that you will have to modify the security group manually.
