So what I need is , I have data in Business Central , I want to load data in fabric warehouse , so for that I have options in fabric like dataflow or pipelines .
But question is with BC to ADLS extention tool can I use Fabric in place of ADLS ?

Yes, in theory that would be possible. You would have to modify the adls endpoints to use the fabric endpoint instead

What you could do is to create a shortcut from your ADLS to Fabric?
Create an Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 shortcut - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
Or as an alternative you would need to update the existing project to write the files directly to OneLake?
