Can't view report visuals

So, in this case you case, if you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

The error code 401 corresponds to unauthorized access.
As pointed by Idrissshatila , this can be due to RLS.
You can ask the admin to give your ID permission to access the data and hopefully, you will be able view the report.
