Can't sign in

When I try sign in (on both the Desktop and the app) it says my user ID or password is not recognised. When I try change my password it says my user-name doesn't exist but when I try sign up again it...

    Hi GraceC

     

    If you have signed up for Power BI then in the background it created an Azure Active Directory as well as an Office 365 Admin Centre.

     

    You could try this link in order to see if you have access to the Office 365 Admin

    https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home

     

    If you do not I would suggest asking your IT department where you work.

Have you been able to fix your issue?

I have the same problem but my IT department said that I need to contact Micorsoft.

Hi. As suggested by guavaq, above, it was an issue in the Office356 Admin centre - my IT department solved it for me. Hope that helps! Cheers.
