Can't show some data under DirectQuery mode

Hi All,

I am using DirectQuery to connect three dataset on PBI Service and able create some visualization and table. However, after I publishing it to PBI Service. Some of the user can't see some table / visualization. The error message on the visual is "Couldn't retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later. Please try again later or contact support. If contact support, please provide these details.".  Anyone know the reason and how to resolve it? Thank you.
