Dear,
We have some (paginated) reports in a PPU workspace. On this workspace, we have an app. This app can be shared externally, but user's won't be able to access until they are also added to the dataset (Manage Permissions -> Direct Access). This last step fails.
The external user has a PPU license in her own organization and is a guest user in our AAD/O365.
When typing the name, I'm getting this error "You can't use invalid or duplicate emails". Once I type the complete email, I get this error: "One or more e-mail addresses with the following domains are outside your organization: <guest user email>".
Up to 2 weeks ago, the user had a PPU trial license and then this was working. After the trial expired, she was back to the free license for a week and now her organization has granted her a paid PPU license.
Any ideas?
Thanks

seems like they fixed it, adding external PPU users through Manage Permissions is available now.
