Can't set scheduled refresh using enterprise gateway

As title says, we are having trouble with scheduled refreshes through the enterprise gateway. We have the enterprise gateway installed on the database server however the dataset options for refresh schedule does not list the enterprise gateway. It is greyed out. Even though, under manage gateways, the gateway in question shows that the connection is online and good to go.

I've read through the enterprise gateway documentation and according to that it should work. Has anyone had similar issues? How did you correct this and get it working?

Thanks!

I'm having the same problem. I can Manage my Enterprise Gateway from the portal, but I cannot use it to refresh a dataset.

What is the datasource you are using?  I had that issue recently when I was using SQL Server as my datasource.

I was using tables from multiple databases on the server and when I stopped that the option was no longer greyed out and I could select it.
