Can't see my Avatar in Power BI Service

Hello.

I have the most annoying problem: I can't set my avatar in Power Bi Service. Thats it's all.

I have set it up in My Account in portal.office.com, but when work and share my reports I only see the default avatar.

Any thoughts?

How did you change the account avatar? Can you please provide more detail operations steps?
AFAIK, it has a delay when you change and enable to your office services.

Here are the steps to change my account avatar:

1. I go to app.powerbi.com

2. I have no option there, so I go to office.com and then my account

3. Then I go to Personal Information and there is my avatar perfectly ok.

The delay is for weeks.... I try to set up again and I wait for weeks and I get the same results.

HI @jotapece,

In fact, I change my avatar yesterday and today it seems update avatar to all my service.(I update through: office -> 'my profile' -> 'upload a new photo')

If your operation haven't updated for a long time, I'd like to suggest you contact to your admin for this.

I am the admin of the site!

I was using only power BI (not any other products of Office 365) and searching I found that I have to set my exchange account.

Now the avatar shows up.

You must have a office outlook or exchange activate in order to have a custom avatar.
