Can't refresh Report. Error: Cluster URIWABI-NORTH-EUROPE-redirect.analysis.windows.net

Hi ,

All the schedule refreshed. Getting error message 

• Cluster URIWABI-NORTH-EUROPE-redirect.analysis.windows.net

Getaway status is showing online. SQL server is also working fine. But When I refresh the report in PBI service it fails and give this error.

We have on premises gateway.

If everything looks good then I would guess it is one of those issues in the background that may not be reporting as having an issue.  Here is a link to some troubleshooting methods - and, the first one might just do the trick - the 'ole reboot the gateway.  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-gateway-onprem-tshoot

Thanks for the reply. There was some issue at the server level. So it was fixed now.
