Can't log-in to Power BI Service

Hi everybody,

I am currently unable to log-in to my Power BI workspace using my current device.

Until Monday, I was working at Microsoft using this device, but since then, I cannot log-in.  I can log-in to the account via Office.com, and can still use Power BI desktop. 

I can access the workspace via a Mac, so I know the credentials are correct.

The error message is listed below:

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on the testing, it is able to log in power bi service. Based on the error message, try to create a new account and log in power bi service or reset the password.

This seems to me that the federation you are using has had a change.  Maybe your physical location (IP Address) changed and is not longer allowed in the federation?  The error is stating that this federation is not accepting the userid and password.  If your userid or password hasn't changed, perhaps the location has?
