Can't export to Power BI Desktop format

Hi, friends, I usually download the desktop format pbix file. But now I don't know why I can not download it ? We couldn't export to .pbix format. Thank you for your support. Please try again late...

If set up Incremental Refresh on the model, then downloading won't work. Otherwise check the admin restrictions.
