Can't enable AI features with PPU License

I have a PPU license that is admin of a PPU workspace and also on the tenant in the service, i'm trying to create an AutoML model off the Dataflow i've created there but i can't see the option to do so?

 

All the literature i've read points to enabling it in capacity settings but there is no capacity for PPU?

The literature all states that PPU is enough for using AutoML, is there a setting i'm missing here to turn it on? I've only got the following options on my dataflow

    AutoML has been removed from Power BI (not matter what capacity you are using). They want you to code in notebooks now and use Fabric Experiments. 

    Existing AutoML can be refreshed, but not edited.
