Can't display data and Visual in Direct Query Mode

Hi All,

 

I use Direct Query (DQ) Mode to connect two Datasets under two Workspace. Not sure why some people can't see the Visual / Data for one of the Datasets. However, this issue only happen in certain viewer .... Any one have any ideas? Thank you.

    What's the error those certain users are receiving? Or is it just completely blank?

        KH_Mike ,
        This is the 401 Error which is usually associated with authentication. Hence, it seems like Power BI is unable to authenticate the data sources you have pulled into report.

        Please refer solution of this thread.

         

        Also, please raise a ticket with MS Support so that you can be guided based on your specific use case.
