Chat to your Power BI Admin, they will have the access to go into the Tenant settings and be able to delete the published link.

But I did just publish it without being prompted to obtain admin's permission.
In passing, the new change only applies to organisation users but not to private users, right?
- If you published a Publish to Web link, anyone with the link can see it (zero security other than obscurity)
