Can't create new Org App preview feature with F64 Capacity

Hello,

We have enabled the Tenant setting "Users can discover and create org apps (preview)". When I go into a workspace that is in our F64 capacity and try to add an Org App I still get the "Upgrade to a free Microsoft Fabric trial" pop up. If I choose upgrade it switches the workspace over to the trial. 

Any ideas why this won't work on an F64 sku?

    Hi MikeDostal 

     

    I have seen this happen when I have been trying to create an AI skill where it is asking me to switch to a fabric trial. What I have done is I have used the fabric trial to create the item, then put the workspace back into an F64 capacity and it works as expected. I currently think this is a bug.
