Can't create measure in Micosoft Fabric default semantic model

Hey community,

I am working on a microsoft fabric trial. I have created a warehouse and a default semantic model that includes views of the warehouse. I create report with implicit measures without any problem but I can't create measures on the model. I studied the official reference and the steps are obvious and straightforward, however when I enter any measure my command is not applied.

At first glance a blank measure is shown and after a while when the fabric objects are refreshed it is gone.

Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

I got help from Microsoft support and they helped me address the problem.

I had manually added to the default semantic model a set only of the available objects in the warehouse. That was the reason I couldn't create a measure. They suggested to add all objects in the default semantic model and by doing this I created a measure as expected.
