Can't create app workspace
As the title says, can't create the app workspace. Here is the technical details:

The group creation in Power BI is now controlled by the group creation in Exchange Online. Generally, this error will occur when the Exchange admin have disabled it. We need to contact our O365 tenant administrator whether group creation option is disabled. For details, see: Prevent Users from Creating Groups in Office 365.

We have this excact same problem with the same error, but we have enabled user group creation so it has to be something else? What could it be?
What kind of permissions the user needs to create the app workspace? Currently it is Global Admin so should have enough rights...

Never found a solution teemu24, someone in our organization did but I'm not sure who.
I can now log into the Power BI site with my companies Active Directory credentials and I can see and publish to the app space there.
