Can't create Datamarts
I have a "Power BI Premium Per User" license assigned to my account. But when I go to Power BI (app.powerbi.com), in "My workspace" there is no option to add a Datamart.
My options:
Turns out we needed to create a new Workspace, and the option to make a Datamart is available in there.
