Thank you for your reply, I looked in the solutions but it didn't help. here are the error details I get:

chaima Maybe you can raise a support tickte and troubleshoot the issue, directly with Microsoft.

Already did. they escalate it to the dev team.
I was able to connect the power bi with personal getaway but not with the enterprise gateway.
Hope to hear from the support soon.
