Can't auto-update report with mulesoft API

Good afternoon!, I have configured a call to a mulesoft endpoint that manages to bring me all the data within power BI desktop but when I publish the report in the premium area I can not configure the automatic update as it tells me that it can not access the content with error 500.

To be able to do this dynamic update I have split the url with the RelativePath but it still does not work correctly, except in desktop which works fine.

Does anyone know what could be happening?
