Can't add a viewer to Power BI report

Hi all, I am trying to add a user as a viewer to a Power Bi report.

When I do this I get the error that One or more e-mail addresses with the following domains are outside your organisation:

However the person that I am adding has the exact same domain as other viewers for the report. It's the exact same as the person who is trying to add them as well. Adding other members works perfectly fine.

Hi @Kenners, 

If the user is outside of your tenant, a guest account needs to be created. I would guess that the other users are already set up as external guests which is why their emails work.

Hii @Kenners 

Even though the email domain looks identical, the error means the user is not recognised as an internal member of your Azure AD tenant.
Check tenant membership, license, and external-sharing settings  that normally resolves the issue.
