Can't access OneDrive Personal a second time

I managed to access OneDrive Personal the first time from Power BI and load a spreadsheet into a Dashboard. Since then, when I Get Data the Onedrive Personal pops a blank window labelled "about:blank"( messages "listing secure connections", "Waiting for app.powerbi.com" in the bottom border), then the popup windows disappears and Onedrive Personal stays greyed out.

I am using Chrome  45.0.2454.101, WIndows XP SP3.
