As of this morning, 5AM pst, PBI service errs whenever I try to publish to an owned workspace from my desktop app. I tried uploading pbix files from the workspace webapp and it also failed.

Also as of this morning, my Sensitivity settings are greyed out despite being logged into the service. I have a pro/premium license. When I try to open any report with sensitivity set, I see the below error.
