Can't Pin Tile to Dashboard

I'm trying to pin a tile to our dashboard. The KPI Tile has the "pin" button available upon however I don't get the prompt to add it to the dashboard.

This issue exists with every single one of our reports. This wasn't the case just a few days ago, does anyone know what might be the issue?

Tried clearing browser, no dice. Also tried having a colleague perform this task on their end, and we tried using our admin powerbi account and that didn't work either.
