Can't Display the Visual issue with Bullet Chart 2.2.0 by Microsoft

I am having a recurring issue with people I've shared a report with not being able to view the Bullet Chart visuals in Power BI Service. I can see them fine in Desktop and Service and most of the other members viewing almost identical reports can as well, but occasionally someone loses the ability to and gets the "Can't Display the Visual" error on all of the bullet charts with the following details:

I know this isn't a RLS problem because the other visuals using much of the same data, display fine. One user was using IE, and I stumbled across the fact that it was the browser because things worked fine in Edge. But I've just had my first Edge user have this issue.

    Hi per771 ,

    Based on the error message you provided, we looked at the relevant logs. The issue is a security filters on a table relationship that cannot be reconciled for the current user.

     

    We presume that you have not set the appropriate role for this user. So please check the role for this user.

    More :Add users 

    First: click the dataset>>Security

    Then you can add
