Can not save report modifications on PowerBI.com. Status code 400
Hello,
we have couple report based on one dataset deployed to PowerBI.com. When I try to modify the report and save it online (using "Edit report" button and then save) it gives me this error message.
Unable to save the report. Please try again later ....
I have tried to redeploy the report (dataset) from Destktop, but still the same. When I create brand new report connected to same data source then its working (its even working when I use same dataset), but can not modify and save any existing report.
Could you please help with this? Otherwise we would have to recreate all published reports (not just redeploy, as it does not help).

Hi. I don't see any details on the error, can you Refresh the data from Power Bi Desktop file and give us details about an error?
Let me tell you that I had a problem like this an year ago with no details at all. The automatic refresh fails just because. I had to delete the file in Service and Publish it like the first time ever. I'm not sure the problem here, but just to let you know this might work.

thank you for fast reply. Actually I dont have problem with refreshing data. The report is working just fine, but if I want to do some modifications on the report and save it, then I get that error message. Actually I get the error even if I dont change anythnig, just click Edit and then Save.

That is strange. You should try refreshing from power bi desktop, modify the report and publish. If that works, the error is an issue you may want to write a ticket to power bi support.
You can also try removing the dataset on the workspace and publish it again.
