Can not save report modifications on PowerBI.com. Status code 400
Hi. I don't see any details on the error, can you Refresh the data from Power Bi Desktop file and give us details about an error?
Let me tell you that I had a problem like this an year ago with no details at all. The automatic refresh fails just because. I had to delete the file in Service and Publish it like the first time ever. I'm not sure the problem here, but just to let you know this might work.

thank you for fast reply. Actually I dont have problem with refreshing data. The report is working just fine, but if I want to do some modifications on the report and save it, then I get that error message. Actually I get the error even if I dont change anythnig, just click Edit and then Save.

That is strange. You should try refreshing from power bi desktop, modify the report and publish. If that works, the error is an issue you may want to write a ticket to power bi support.
You can also try removing the dataset on the workspace and publish it again.

as I wrote in original message, I tryed to deploy from BI Desktop, but I can not do any modifications in PowerBI online on it.
Also tryed to publish dataset, but its also not helping. It looks like that the report is somehow corupted (maybe due to some update it has some formating which is no longer valid).
