Can no longer publish to the web

I use the free version of Power BI in an Academic setting.   Until last week, we could publish to the web to share our Power BI reports with classmates (I am the instructor).  When the sharing link options changed this month (April 30, 2021, I think), it appears that you cannot publish to the web anymore using the free version or can I just not find it?  I see the three options but the only one available to me is "People with existing Access"  which does not serve my purpose.  Any suggestions???

You can do this as shown below, it is not sharing but embedding

Whew!  Thank you!   Yes - it looks like the menu shifted a bit but it is still there.
