Can a viewer create a report from dataset ?

I just wanted to know if someone who is a viewer in a workspace, can create a report from power bi dataset, in power bi service ?

I cannot test this myself as I am a member.

Only when the dataset owner provides you an access to do so.

How can I give access to the person who is a viewer ? I am the dataset owner and I am a Member ?

when you share a report, you get the option as below.

Select the one highlighted.

Thanks Nikhil, so the problem here is, I did the above step to one of my teammates to check, who is a user, he is not able to see datasets as an opton when he logs into the service

Viewer role cannot browse datasets, so how else can he create a report out of the dataset ?
