Can a user write, save and share note?

I'm new and investigating Power BI meets my senior's request.

3 to 5 user will use Power BI. They will browse reports and dashboards to see business is going fine.

And when user finds an interesting point, user will write a note about that and save, share.

Notes will be bound by day for now. But it can be changed to have multiple keywords.

If there is a solution for these function, I want to use them. If not, I need to find another solution/app

to do this. or replacement.

Thank you.

@polliwog You can currently create and share comments on the dashboard level in Power BI - > https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-dashboard-comments-in-power-bi/

More advanced needs to support many different scenarios would be the option to build a Power App. Power Apps can be embedded into any report as a custom visual and you could build a custom messaging system all with tools designed for business users. In fact, looks like a tutorial of how you could build that solution can be found here -> http://sqljason.com/2018/01/adding-comments-sending-emails-in-power-bi-using-powerapps.html
