Can a contributor add an audience group and add members to the audience group?

When someone has contributor right in the workspace and has been granted the ability to update an app, does that also mean that person can creates an audience group and add members to that audience group?

Hi , @LamSar  

According to your description, you want to kwno the contibutor permission for updating the app.

According to my test, the contibutor can change the visibility of the items for all the audience groups in the audience tab. But the contibutor cannot modify the permission to access the app.

So the contributor can modify the currently visible audience group, but cannot create a new audience group and the permissions of the corresponding group.
