Can PBI Pro reports connect to a PBI Premium Datasource/Model?

If I PBI Premium per user and create various dashboards and data sources, can PBI Pro users connect to them as view only?

Can I share the dashboard reports with them?

Can they connect to the data models themselves?  (Like how PBI Pro can connect to Azure Analysis Services)

Every user who wants to connect to a Premium Per user dataset shared with them would need a Premium Per user license.
