Can Only Create Personal Bookmarks

I can't seem to create a bookmark that I can share, but I've seen it referenced in a lot of help/documentation When I'm on a report and click the Bookmarks menu (top right corner), I can only add a ...

    Hi CmdrKeene ，

     

    Sorry I didnt make myself clear before,once after you created bookmarks in desktop and published to service , the fuction for report bookmarks is activated.Then you open the report in service,show the bookmarks list,then back to menu bar of the report, click edit ,you will see the bookmark on the right side, there you can add new bookmarks.

Hi  @CmdrKeene ,

 

To make the button activate,you need to first create bookmarks in desktop as I mentioned in my last reply,then publish to service and finally you will see the bookmarks appear in the position where you marked.

But if that was true, why would the serverice have an "Add" button that can never possible ever be used?

      Thanks a lot for sticking with me.  It's still not super intutitive seeing that Add button disabled, but it totally fits my purpose and is going to be great for my users. Thanks again.
