Can Only Create Personal Bookmarks

Sorry I didnt make myself clear before,once after you created bookmarks in desktop and published to service , the fuction for report bookmarks is activated.Then you open the report in service,show the bookmarks list,then back to menu bar of the report, click edit ,you will see the bookmark on the right side, there you can add new bookmarks.

Based on my test,you can create a bookmark not only a personal bookmark in a report and share it to others . But you need first to create the bookmark in desktop then it will appear as a report bookmark in service.
Here is the reference about how to create bookmarks in desktop.

Then in the service, open the report,on the right top menu,if it's an old look,it will show:
Choose "other bookmarks" and you will the bookmarks you create in desktop under "report bookmarks".
If it's in new look ,you will see:
Choose "show more bookmarks" and you will the bookmarks you create in desktop under "report bookmarks".
Finally you can share the report with others.

I'll explore these options on the desktop.
However over on the service, it sure seems like there is either a problem or something disabled, because it says I should be able to click the "Add" button, but it's disabled.

To make the button activate,you need to first create bookmarks in desktop as I mentioned in my last reply,then publish to service and finally you will see the bookmarks appear in the position where you marked.
