Can I subscribe to a dashboard for alert notification using a security group in Power BI?

It depends on whether the workspace is in premium or not.

Please see the very bottom of the document:

• If your dashboard or report is in Premium capacity, you can use group email aliases for subscriptions, instead of subscribing colleagues one email address at a time. The aliases are based on the current active directory.

When you subscribe, in the subscribe field you can just enter the name of your security group.
