Hi. I have a PBI Pro licence, and have created a nice report - I have figured out how to display that report inside Business Central, under the "PowerBI reports" heading.
Now, our Microsoft consultant told me I could then share this reports with the rest of our employees, who are NOT pro users, they just have the free license.
On PBI online I have shared the dataset with an employee, and she got the email confirmation.
However when she goes to select the report inside business central, it does not come up. The only thing she can choose is the standard reports, pre-created. HELP

Hi, @Anonymous
With sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license.Your recipients also need Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses, unless the content is in a Premium capacity.
You can refer to the following methods to share your reports and dashboards:
1. First, you can put the contents of the workspace into premium capacity:
Assign a workspace to a capacity
2. If you don't want to buy Premium and Pro licenses, you can try publishing to the web.
However, when you use Publish to web, anyone on the Internet can view your published report or visual. This method is not safe.
Publish to Web: Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Hi @Anonymous ,
If you are publishing the report in premium workspace, then only free users would be able to access the reports.
