Helper I.Can I audit who disabled data refresh?
I have report that refreshes data from sql server oince a day
Today I found that report refresh data option is set to off and my refresh schedule is disabled
1.Can I audit who disabled data refresh?
2.Can Power BI service disable refresh on it own is some software update or other condition happpens ?

Scheduled refresh failures
If a scheduled refresh fails four times in a row, Power BI disables the refresh. Address the underlying problem, and then re-enable the scheduled refresh.
