Hola!

The issue was related to date fields: some of them were blank, so the data wasn’t being picked up correctly. When I uploaded the file online, those blank dates were automatically converted to 01/01/0001. I’ve replaced them with null values, and everything worked fine after that.
We are following up once again regarding your query. Could you please confirm if the issue has been resolved through the support ticket with Microsoft?
If the issue has been resolved, we kindly request you to share the resolution or key insights here to help others in the community. If we don’t hear back, we’ll go ahead and close this thread.
Should you need further assistance in the future, we encourage you to reach out via the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum and create a new thread. We’ll be happy to help.
Thank you for your understanding and participation.

Sorry for the delay in answering you, I was on holidays 🙂
I have checked everything and it seems ok, I have made a manual actualization and the same errors appears (withour information in the matrix)
May I ask if you have resolved this issue? If so, please mark the helpful reply and accept it as the solution. This will be helpful for other community members who have similar problems to solve it faster.

Hola.
Happy to help!
Hola!
Hi @ElenaCarciLopez
Thank you for reaching out microsoft fabric community forum.
we understand that your matrix looks fine in Power BI Desktop and after publishing to Power BI Service, but it turns blank after an automatic refresh. This is usually related to dataset refresh issues, credentials, or data transformations.
First, check the Refresh History in Power BI Service under Dataset → Refresh History to see if any errors are logged. If there's a failure, the error message can help identify the issue. Next, go to Dataset Settings → Data Source Credentials and ensure they are entered correctly. If you're using an on-premises data source, confirm that the gateway is online and mapped properly.
Try refreshing the dataset manually in Power BI Service by clicking Refresh now to see if it loads correctly. If the refresh fails, it could be due to a connection issue or expired credentials. Additionally, open Power Query Editor in Power BI Desktop, refresh the preview, and check if any transformations cause errors—some steps may work in Desktop but not in the Service.
If your matrix relies on DAX measures, test them in a simple table visual to see if they return values. Some filters may behave differently in Power BI Service, so verify if any unexpected filters are removing data. Also, check your storage mode—if using DirectQuery, confirm that the source is accessible online, and if using Import Mode, ensure the dataset fully refreshes after an update.
