Call Power BI reports from Web Application

Hi,

We have planned to develop Power BI reports and call that reports from our web applications.

We have planned to Publish the reprots to Power BI service and call the report through web application.

Is it possible to create service account and add this service account in the power BI service and proivide View permission?

What are the Power BI license required for the above requirement.

Also please let me know Is application users need Power BI license to access the reports?
