Dashboard tiles are a snapshot of the visual at the time of pinning. This is by design. One use case I often find when building reports for our clients is to create a visual, then pin that visual with several filter contexts to a dashboard.
An interactive report needs a visual and a filter or slicer. A dashboard, without that seamless interactivity, must include several similar copies for major filter categories.

Helper IIThank you for the response. Good question, probably before I applied filters. So I have just tried removing and re-adding to the dashboard and will see if it keeps the filters.

Just reporting back, once I disabled the cards from the dashboards, and re-pinned them, the filters are now working without issue.
