Calculated card label based on filters

Dashboard tiles are a snapshot of the visual at the time of pinning. This is by design. One use case I often find when building reports for our clients is to create a visual, then pin that visual with several filter contexts to a dashboard.
An interactive report needs a visual and a filter or slicer. A dashboard, without that seamless interactivity, must include several similar copies for major filter categories.
Did you add the card to the dashboard before or after applying filters in the report?
Thank you for the response. Good question, probably before I applied filters. So I have just tried removing and re-adding to the dashboard and will see if it keeps the filters.

Helper II
Just reporting back, once I disabled the cards from the dashboards, and re-pinned them, the filters are now working without issue.
