Cached gateway won't go away
Hi paulwozniak, MattAllington,
Following is a solution for this issue.
1. Run the following command in your Command Prompt before uninstalling Personal Gateway. (If you have uninstalled the Personal Gateway, you may need to re-install it again.)
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Power BI Gateway - Personal\2.0\Configurator>PowerBIGatewayAgentCmdLine.exe Scenario: DeleteGateway
Note: The path may vary based on the install location and gateway version. And there is no output for that command.
2. Now, uninstall the Personal Gateway from Control Panel. When you go to dataset settings in Power BI service, you will see there is now an option to ask you install the Personal Gateway.
Regards

Not solved. I don't have that Personal Gateway running on my machine anymore, so there's nothing to uninstall. I have the Enterprise Gateway installed on another machine and PowerBI is well aware of it. It just won't let me pick it in the UI. It's stuck on the Personal Gateway and I can't change it. This is very annoying and is preventing me from being able to refresh the report on a schedule. Still need help on this.

HI v-ljerr-msft!
I'm trying to apply your solution but I didn't find the file PowerBIGatewayAgentCmdLine.exe
Any idea?
