My database is an Excel on the company's sharepoint, but I'm having trouble editing my credentials.

used to work, don't know what happened...

I've tried all the alternative solutions found in the forum but nothing worked (clear credentials, update the BI to the latest version and clear cache)

Is it a problem related to the security of the company?
I can access sharepoint lists normally, the problem is in the web connection

Please try to use Windows Authentication method under Data source credentials.
