Buying Pro License

There are 20 Power BI users in our organization, out of them 2 are developers, what is the procedure to buy pro license?, does each user needs to individually pay for pro license ?

For 20 users, you can purchase Power BI Pro licenses individually for each user, or you can opt for a Power BI Premium license that allows you to share content with a larger audience.

Power BI Pro is licensed on a per-user basis, which means each user needs to have a Power BI Pro license assigned to them to access the Pro features.

On the other hand, Power BI Premium is licensed on a capacity basis, which means you can share content with a larger audience without requiring each user to have a Pro license. Power BI Premium also provides additional features such as larger data capacity, more frequent data refreshes, and more.

It will be difficult task to purchase pro license for each user and we cannot go with premium

Users can't pay for their licenses individually. Licenses are purshased by

2. How to get the ownership of Azure subscription as mentioned in prerequisites? We do not use Azure currently
