Buy a Power BI pro

Hi,

I am working in an organisation and we don't have outlook 365 environnement. I need to be admin to buy PowerBI pro license. 

Could you explain the steps I need to follow to buy this licence for myself as admin and few of my colleagues in order to collaborate on the reports.

I tried to proceed with my professional email and I got a message saying I am not admin so can't buy the licence. 

for info we don't have Microsoft outlook

If you are not an administrator and cannot purchase a license, you can check whether you are eligible according to the administrator specified in the following document, or you can purchase a license from the corresponding administrator of your organization.
