Buttons on the approval page look insignificant

I was on the page used for granting Access to a Workspace. I kept staring at the page for a while not knowing where to click. 

The Approve button should be shaded/styled appropriately so that it does not look very insiginificant vis-a-vis surrounding text.

This came to my from my business users. I did figure out.  

I clicked on the Feedback link which brought me here. 

I hope the Power BI product team is looking at this site.
