Buttons (dataset settings, add content, etc) do not do anything when using tenant/ctid parameter

As titled, a lot of the buttons do not work when I use the power BI workspace connected to my azure tenant. I do not think it's a permission issue since I am a global administrator on AAD and also an admin on the workspace.

In this case, I have uploaded a report via powershell. I would like to fix the datasource which is connected via ADLS2.  I have been trying to update my data source from the dataset settings but the settings button does not do anything. Additionally, when I try to navigate by copying the URL from the go to settings on lineage view, I get redirected to the home page.

Dataset settings button work when I go to my workspace without using the power BI connected to our tenant (i.e. without the ctid parameter). Anybody know what the issue is?

Figured out the issue. My user was a guest user. Just needed to allow the option for guest users to edit content in the tenant settings.
