    Hi RonPA 
    This known issue has been resolved by Microsoft. 

    Workaround: users can hold the CTRL key while selecting multiple items.

    Could you please try again on your end and let us know if you still encounter any problems? If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to the community.

We experiencing the same issue. Forcing single select resolves the problem, but we can’t use that option since we need multiple selections. Does Microsoft know about this bug? Has anyone found a solution?

    Yes, spoke with the support. They're still investigating the issue. Not sure when they'll fix it. 
    If possible, please raise a ticket with them as well (more tickets = more pressure to resolve).

    Alternatives sol - Use Chiclet slicer  (somewhat close to Button slicer)
