Button Does Not Load in Serivce Yet Works on Desktop

Just as the subject states.  I added a button as a toggle between Year to Date and Full Year sales data.  On the desktop, it works as expected.  Yet when I load the report to Service, the button doesnt seem to ever load, yet if you hover over where the button should be the hyperlink still works.

    Hi IamTDR. That's weird. It might be something about the picture. It might happen if you are using a high resolution svg image. Maybe you should try with a different toggle picture to build the bookmark.

    If this keeps happening with any picture even small pngs, then report as an issue here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

      The strange part is that this on/off button have been updated on my BI reports since 2018.  Also, this is the only report with the button image not loading.  Tried to download from Service to Desktop, and right away the image loads.  Loaded back to Service and the image doesnt load.  I do not notice anything out of the norm on how it is being used.
