[Business model question] Provide access to multiple external people from different companies

1.For the external user, you need to add them to the organiztion first, then you can grant them the related permission, you can refer to the following link to know more about how to add external user to the organization.

2.Then you can consider to create security group, then put the related people to the group.

e.g if you want to grant the user read permission, you can create  a m365 group, then put the related users to the group, then add the group to the workspace, and only grant 'view' role.

3.You need to consider that the user needs to have the related license, so that they can create report or edit, you can refer to the follwing link.
