Bugs: Registration Failure

Bug one, emails of different casing are not different emails: I went through the registration form, and submitted, but because the first and second email were different only by casing(some upper case letters in second box) it displayed an error claiming the emails were different.  

Bug two, once email mismatch error appears after submitting, it will not go away: I corrected the casing in the second email, making them the same casing, even trying to copy paste the email from the first field to the second, but no matter what I did, the error would not go away.  I had to completely refresh the page and start over to be able to complete registration.
